UGH.....got her to leave voluntarily basically just by starting eviction process....but mannnnn the mess they left me :-(Got the keys back Dec 1st10000's of dead fleas...bedbugs and spidersruined 800sqft of carpet....and patches of the hardwood underneathleft behind 20-30 boxes of junk and cupboards full of foodbedroom walls are so disgusting with bedbug and spider residue I have no idea how they were living therethey did leave me a fridge thats in nice shape though haLet the clean up begin !  

When oil was discovered nearby, oil patch workers flooded to the area, and our houses literally doubled in value. 

I was actually thinking about moving any future sales proceeds into Direct Equity Investments like Realty shares, patch of land, Etc.

Need some opinions....We have a rental in TX (we live in CA, self manage)....tenant just moved out and there are dozens of poorly done paint touch ups....like 10-11 walls have badly done hole patch and paint work done...wrong sheen etc.

It has little extra land for storage units or pumpkin patch to bump revenue a bit. 

It is possible to patch it though.

Orange peel is a breeze to match up, no more ugly drywall patches. 

The PM had done a walkthrough with us prior to that and said the place looked excellent and we would be getting back the majority of our security deposit minus just some hole patching on the walls (we hung TVs). 

I would like to use one of the online platforms like crowdstreet, patch of land, or one of the others......but they only allow accredited investors correct?
