I am not in the Orlando market, but what I know is without a pool there you will have very low occupancy. 

I’m seeing price drops on nearly everything  Then you’ve got Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Orlando charging ahead at 15% appreciation.

Let’s see:Booming: Provo, Austin, San Antonio, Charlotte, Nashville, Orlando, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Greenville, Raleigh, Tampa, Phoenix, Seattle, Houston, Atlanta Strong Growth: Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Riverside, Detroit (!!)
