Can you direct me who to speak with about restarting a business account, I previously had an account that I received leads but I wanted to see about getting a notification about when I received a lead (email, text something like that).

Not if I stay where I am. 

I’m not not if the bigger pockets one is connected to property manager data, but that would be a great idea to talk to them to confirm.  

So why not if you have the desire to do it?

@Gary Dale McKee    "My concern is whether or not someone on disability "fixed income" can meet their obligations"Based on the opinions put forward by some on this thread, whether it is intentional or not, if your screening standards include minimum income requirements or minimum credit scores you are discriminating against the disabled. 

The 45 day ID window seem tight but it is not if you have a good agent on your side looking for properties and being in constant communcation.

There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see.
