@Parmesh P. there is no such TDA paying 7% or even 6% long term,5 years or longer.

I personally like the buy-and-hold strategy and we help clients who share this long-term, wealth building mindset. 

A 1031 exchange will allow you to sell your building and use the proceeds to invest in a small multi family and/or medium term rentals.

If you have a 2 year work history, and go get a W2 job tomorrow, we could use your base pay right away (as long as it is "guaranteed hours" or considered "full time". 

The only thing that changes is how many tenants theyre are, And how long the remaining lease is so you can rewrite the lease term for that amount of time.
