Other cities seem to embrace it....think Myrtle Beach Area, A1A area, Smokies, Joshua Tree, Ski Resorts, Branson....probably almost every national park is overwhelmed with visitors the past few years.   

Joshua- I have a feeling you're right about how much interest a chatroom would generate.

Joshua,I am in nashville and currently have one property in rental arbitrage.

I have recently been to Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley/Twentynine Palms area twice in the last two months as I just love it there and am considering buying property to have a second home.

@joshua @Joshua Bailey havent  heard of them  but  it looks like the can  go to a  95% cltv  on a primary home  ...which is good
