I am looking to network with MTR hosts in the Jacksonville, FL area.

I live in South Florida and have been working with different section 8 programs from Miami Dade County, Broward, Tampa Bay Area, Orlando, Jacksonville, etc...

I considered FL (not Tampa or Jacksonville but the Panhandle, Fort Walton Beach and West Panama City Beach) but the insurance costs are high.

Maybe Jacksonville, smaller towns, or other places "less desirable". 

Jacksonville has some meetups.

I sent out my docusign and the seller didn't sign because of sections protecting me like condition of property and mediation. Should I keep trucking or keep trying to get him to sign by taking sections off the contract??

There are specific cities/areas that seem more promising than others (such as Orlando, Jacksonville in FL, and Midland/Odessa, College Station in TX) but I'm finding it hard to pick one market to then resume my search for the right neighborhood and specific property.
