I'm using the standard BiggerPockets interface, though I'm completely open to alternate recommendations, as I'm clearly not having much luck with it so far (though I'm thinking operator error...).

They have syndication w/ very few sites (I think down to 3 at the moment)6) Unable to see all work orders attached to a Unit from the Unit interface.

Would be nice also to have something that interfaces well with a good accounting software such as Quickbooks online or GnuCash so I don't have to enter the data twice.

Self managing the tenant interface aspect, doing turnovers, and filling vacancies is not nearly as easy or as enjoyable as when we had only a few units.

Like many have suggested, I plan to play the role of the property manager when interfacing with tenants.

Plus, Robin Carriger, who is one of the leaders, has a program that interfaces with the Tarrant County Appraisal District to generate leads for direct mail. 

All major banks including BOA will interface with quicken software, however some require you to let the bank know you give permission for quicken to download transactions directly and have a section in your online bank account website somewhere such as financial downloads or something like that.

I was hoping someone here had already done it and could help me build the right interface to make it work.

Wordpress has a great interface along with easy to install plugins.

It gives you a more familiar interface that most people deal with, form boxes / drop lists / check boxes ect.Right now I'm working on having it take my purchased  listability xls file and import it into my database file.
