In spite of all the population growth, there is a huge demand for more labor.

I’ve noted in other posts that, in spite of what many think, our observation is that the amount loaned is the single most important criteria active borrowers look for -- even though the first question every always ask is, “What are your rates?”

It took some time for me to turn from thoughts and research into to action, but in spite of the issues thus far, the satisfaction of progress (slow progress haha) outweighs the issues.  

Technically you will not "share" a wall in spite of how it looks, technically there are typically two complete walls... they just touch and good luck separating them after 15 years.

If I make a profit of 15k every year for 5 years but the property appreciates only at 20% over this time period vs 33% for SFR, I would be at the losing end of the stick when selling the house in spite of a net gain of 75k.

As I stated in the original post commodities ARE rising in spite of what should be LOW demand due to recession.

Obviously I'm a real estate investor/broker/developer and so I also tend to be optimistically conservative in my assessment of real estate markets and opportunities in spite of my memory of 2008 (which feels all too familiar at the moment.)

From what I have read these shooters come up quite often from a dying tree or from one of the roots that were damaged.Here is just one suggestion I found about "controlling" these shooters.When I mentioned to a neighbor last fall that I seemed to have a hopeless problem trying to get rid of some thistles that kept coming up in my front lawn in spite of everything I had tried to get rid of them, she said her husband used Weed B Gone on them and other weeds in their lawn.

In spite of that, we are finding willing and able tenants with 2 months deposit and 1st month rent.
