It's a whole lot of basically guns and Iranian law does not allow the private ownership of firearms.

I advise taking a firearms training course that covers your state's laws and toting a quality RELIABLE firearm.FYI, I now refuse to handle anything worse than a Class B property.You've got the possibility to earn a solid amount of money with Class D properties.

Install some motion detected lights around the building, and some decent quality cameras, also purchase a firearm for your protection. 

Some of these things are messier than others - where do my rights begin and yours end when it comes to firearms, speech, access to necessities of life, etc - and some are more clear cut  - prohibitions against murder, robbery, etc - but that's the primary function of government.
