Part of my vision is to provide rentals in housing properties for those who would love a housing environment but cannot afford to purchase. 

With lower entry costs and solid growth potential, he was able to snag a couple of properties that started generating positive cash flow pretty quickly.Sometimes a new environment brings new opportunities.

Long story short I purchased a home in an overinflated environment for $500k.

Right then and there he realized all bills paid was not only an economic burden but it did not put the incentive in the right place, w/the user and was not good for the environment.  

So this method works in this high interest rate environment. 

@Brandon CroucierIf i refinance again wont the additional lender costs, fees and closing costs be more and add upI agree it's a declining interest rate environment but I don't see interest rates declining quickly.

Last, I want to call out that many investors, LP and GP, are losing in today's environment.

This is what will happen.There won't be the ability to get a real mark to market if you go sell each individually and recreate a BTR environment to own occ.

It creates an environment where everyone is invested in each other's success.
