California politics is controlled by the extreme left while the general population may have nothing to do with it but the one that makes California rich is the engineers, not the politician, but engineers --like Elon Musk said-- hates politics.

These days all eyes are on Tesla and its balance sheet as a risk to the capital markets and silicon valley business models, but who wants to bet against Elon Musk and his brilliance.

Otherwise it’s a no-brainer on whether to invest with a real estate syndicator or the likes of Elon musk or Brian chesky (i.e. buy stocks of Tesla or Airbnb) - the latter has bigger upside and we all know they will turn the world upside down to deliver what they promised, even when facing overwhelming odds.

If your theory is correct, the wealth accumulation of the Walton Family, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and others of the 2000’s and prior would have prevented the eclipsing of Bezos, Zuckerberg, Musk, and others.

And loans are liquid and easy to get ahold of if you need them to pay for emergencies.Remember how people were pissed at Elon Musk because he was living on loans from the growth of his stock in Tesla and therefore not paying any taxes?
