Let’s say that by cashing out a bit more than you started with and by saving all the cash flow you are able to do one more then for every 4 houses you have (fractions discarded).

That tenant thankfully decided to move on their own after we refused to allow them to start piling stuff in the carport and other common areas; something we could still control; basically we told them we would start discarding any items left outside and they couldn't handle that.

I'm a big believer in renting to animals, not just for the added rent but also because moving is one of the reasons why so many animals are discarded or put in the pound (my time working in rescue had really effected how I view many things).

You do need someone that understands how they work, how to adjust them (opening, closing speeds, etc.) and, ideally, is able to completely disassemble and rebuild, rather than discarding when they do start acting up.
