IE very low value assets IE rentals in Urban cores that trade for the value of used auto's  ... so for sure I can see instances were agents that have a 10k listing are only doing the minimum you would go broke spending all your time on those deals as an agent.And the unlicensed wholesalers have pretty much taken up this niche of helping sellers out of these assets... as its really an unwanted product for most brokers.Thats whats great about this industry its diverse always changing and very much regionalized... what a lot of folks don't really comprehend though or are short sided on..

I've also had to pass on some after an option period and most realtors contracts have "options" periods that will let a buyer cancel a contract within so many days for whatever reason.I see there are a lot of realtors who have left some very negative content about wholesaling which leads me to believe they don't know a lot about wholesaling or their realtor education has limited their ability to comprehend how wholesaling actually works.I wonder they just googled this site ?

Seeing as how it is illegal to descriminate against families, the stringent nature of these laws puts many landlords into a choice between adhering to the laws by diving head first into a cost prohibitive, cap-ex hell or trying to find their way around the laws thereby exposing themselves a litany of fines and possible jail time that I couldn't even begin to comprehend….you know, not to mention endangering the lives of children.So What is the end game?
