My parents, who moved from communist dictatorship bought property in NJ from the 90s, not knowing the first thing about finances, didnt know English, and had no idea what cash flow is.

If cases have peaked after 2 months, this was under a VERY strict communist/authoritarian rule.

I would prefer to rent to legal gun owners, they have been background checked, and are known to be good citizens, especially in communist Illinois where you FOID card background check is more in depth than pentagon security clearance.

Large cities are increasingly headed towards more socialist/communists policies so you can expect this to work its way from the coast to other cities over the years.

There are many, no- holds- barred, flat-out communists in Seattle.
