______All light covers must be cleaned (in the dishwasher, carry soap).

Then, if there's a need, and your market checks out then start getting it furnished and add all of the amenities, towels, body wash/soap/shampoo/conditioner, washer/dryer, etc. 

i.e. maintenance, make sure the firestick/cable channels are working, make a shopping list of things needed like laundry soap, coffee etc. 

Machine wash, custom wash fold, dry clean, soap sales, concessions, etc4.  

In other cases, they could be household basics like soap, toothpaste or shampoo.StorageIf there is unused space in a basement or parking lot of the property, converting it to paid storage provides both a valuable service to residents and a potential way to generate a steady stream of non-rental income.

After you take them down, clean with soap and water, then use a wire brush to remove any heavy rust - a little WD-40 works great as a solvent to help remove the rust.
