Most of the "arbitragers" I see on here are interested in one thing: how can I bring my broke-*** to someone and skim their profits without providing anything of value myself?

-My wife and I were broke with our second house hack.

You can go broke if you wait for the equity, which can be lost just as easily as it is gained, to recover your cash costs. 

Long story short I ended up selling this one and broke pretty much even a little over a year later.

I hate to call people out but the gentleman above refused to provide adequate insurance coverage and insisted on pounding on my processor until she broke down and cried one late afternoon. 

This gave me the opportunity to meet the girl of my dreams. 

It’s like asking a pretty girl to dance.  

The polarized extremist nut jobs on BOTH sides seem to have taken the steering wheel and one is yelling to drive us off a cliff the other yelling to drive straight into it and us sane people are just in the fetal position rocking back and fourth trying to wake up from this damn nightmare that the crazies have broke out the nut-barn and took over......Careful the BP gods will remove your post.  

I had no goals like JD Martin starting out, I was just fed up with being miserly with my money and still broke. 5 years later owning $2.4m through 3 properties via the hojse hacking strategy with my spouse, I am starting to see the vision and path.I continue to flip flop on what my exact investing strategy will look like (do I continue in small multi which is going well or switch future purchases to note buying via the cash flow the properties kick off?)
