If you aren't making money, but staying afloat, that gives you more room to breath and make decisions. 

I talked to my realtor to get a feeling for if I should hold my breath on selling or if I should keep it, and we decided that I should refinance out of the hard money loan and keep it, so that is in progress right now.

It's been nice as a Realtor to breath a little.

Above all do not get the dust in your hvac vents and breath it daily for years.

Sometimes you just have a breathe, look at the numbers and ask yourself "why am I afraid of this when the #'s look great?"   

And without my interaction my dividends are reinvested without a breath.  

Leave yourself some breathing room and that'll set you apart from those who are pushing the envelope too hard.

The real estate business there is already slow as people hold their breath to see what happens. 

About feeling all guilty for the tenants having to wait a whopping two days for a repairman... in VT you're allowed up to 30 days to initiate a repair for anything that isn't an emergency... take a breath!  

If I see this, I breathe a sigh of a relief that I'm not the one exposing myself to this risk, and move on to the next deal.If it passes, some people might be perfectly fine with that, but in my case I'm still not done.
