If not and you would like to add a fence after you move in then make sure they are not prohibited by the homeowner’s association or local zoning laws.While you’re at it, check to make sure the kids’ basketball hoop is not prohibited as well.

just for context  I bought a 9k sq foot house that an NBA basket baller had 1/2 finished.. just needed interior cabnets flooring appliances landscaping etc.. we spend OVER 1 million dollar finishing that house.. now granted it sold for 5 million.. but you get the drift  big high end houses can no way be put together for 200k....
