I've interviewed him twice on my podcast (once with @Chris Seveney and once on my current show), and I thoroughly enjoyed those conversationss. 

I feel like a Daisy-Chain would muck up my Timeline or even the whole Deal.As long as everything is in writing and I get my Fee, does it matter?

My family and I have been investing in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area for years. 

Where another issue arrises is I recently quit my job after becoming pregnant as they would not cover my maternity while overseas, my husband is employed however he works for a UK company and is British so would be unlikely to help us with the situation in the US.
