I have been contacted via snail mail by other AZ lien investors in the past who want to unload some of their liens.

I ended up unloading all of the metal sheets into his backyard, leaving only the frame in my truck bed.

I forgot that I got the tiles from floor and decor and the laminate from lumber liquidators.

Our back patio is treated lumber (the green stuff from Home Depot). 

I'm not really in immediate financial distress, but I may be if I can't unload this place before repair bills start coming in.

God forbid you lose your job or something happens, you should be able to unload your place as quickly as possible.

@Art Maydan,i would take a box of donuts and couple coffees to your local home depot/lowes/menards/ace hardware. and talk with the guy in hardware department. and seeing you don't know about studs, to the guy in lumber too. you really need a bit of education on construction side....

My bet is that corporate welfare will be in it's heydays, if you think material prices, lumber and labor costs will go down, someone drank some kool-aid.
