I just had a roofer check a leak back there and the roof doesn't have the proper pitch to drain water...it's essentially flat and the house is a Cape Cod so water has made a mess of things over the years.

Hey folks,Recently acquired a 4 unit multi-family property in Signal Hill.Very exciting and have been doing minor improvements myself here and there, however, there are of course some things I know I'm going to want a professional to address soon.As well as planning for the future in regards to having someone dependable I can call for times when an issue arises and I am not nearby or even in the state.Looking to you fine people for recommendations for local contractors: plumbers, electricians, handymen, and roofers.

Recently I had a roofer tell me he no longer does that type of installation for a flat roof; when I asked why, he said he could not find liability insurance that would cover that specific type of installation so he now does EPDM for flat roofs.
