I have a triplexnone of the units have washer/dryer hookupsgot 1st quote to install hookupswould be right where the refrigerator currently iswould vent dryer to atticthen i would put fridge on other wall (wouldnt look bad there)cost $1500 (plus washer/dryer price)other option would be putting in a portable washer you roll over to sink and connect tosuch as this:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002UYSHMM/ref=o...However, do all the portable dryers needed to be vented to outside?

I think I can reduce the electric by replacing incandesant bulbs with LED and upgrading the refrigerators to more energy efficient ones.

We check on the working condition of appliances that we supply once a year, even vacuuming refrigerator coils and checking that drainage lines are clear.When we rent the property, we go over the rental agreement with the tenant and the tenant understands our responsibilities and theirs.

clearly there was a miscommunication and it was not made clear that there would be additional fees for the refrigerant and other parts needed for the install (they charge you by the lb and each unit is different). the older R-22 type is usually billed at $30-50 per lb (but depends what units you had installed).

In the arrangement you are talking about I had one town inspector not even want to see a refrigerator in the basement however most will allow the fridge but not a stove.
