Maybe it's just my pet peeve, but these bloggers and article writers(talking about "experts" here) on BP submitting write-ups from behind their computer screens, while never helping or contributing on the forum in "real time", kind of rub me the wrong way.Is their time so valuable?

It is very easy: it asks Name, Phone, Email, Desired Move-in Date, Number of Pets, and lists my Qualification Standards and asks if there are any they won't meet.
