Maybe it's just my pet peeve, but these bloggers and article writers(talking about "experts" here) on BP submitting write-ups from behind their computer screens, while never helping or contributing on the forum in "real time", kind of rub me the wrong way.Is their time so valuable?

It is very easy: it asks Name, Phone, Email, Desired Move-in Date, Number of Pets, and lists my Qualification Standards and asks if there are any they won't meet.

The maintenance gives a chance to make sure no unauthorized people or pets are living in the property and keeps the tenants on their toes.No legal advice given.    

I allowed a tenant to pay half the securit deposit, pet fee, and first months rent to hold the property.  

Location,layout,rent price,length of lease,amount of deposit required,pets,etc.One I would say is a quirky possible renter.3 pulling out is a TREND.

The pets have also attracted fleas throughout the house.

:) On this property I do have a partner but we had already discussed ahead of time, no painting, no smokers, no pets.

That's my #1 pet peeve on houses with front loading garage doors, when people leave them white or paint them the accent color. 

Hi BP, we charge a $50 non-refundable pet deposit and a $25/mo fee per pet.

I added a property management department.And through my property manager at lunch one day she referred back to one of my sales meetings about kids and pets often being the deciding factor in property selection when buying.
