In the cities the government got involved in housing and low income housing was built for poor people.

I'm still on the fence about it & would love feedback from people with more RE experience than myself.

I have noticed that wealthy people tend to use trusts more than LLC's, and I'm guessing there's a reason for that.

Even the bigger people on here couldn't swing that or would have to Syndicate out which is another animal. 

This entails building personal/working relationships with people successful in the field.

I am looking to united with like minded people ! 

All else being equal, lower mortgage rates reduce the cost of ownership and, thereby, allow more people to afford to buy.

I advertise the houses that way, even if there's an appliance or two that the previous owner has left in them and I don't mention them so that the people coming aren't (or shouldn't be) expecting to find them. 

However, for most people they install a garage door opener and do not install the next garage door for many years.
