Does the app ever give you any issues( freezing, glitches, and etc)?

It also sounds as though those rent payments are in limbo due to Check Commerce's freeze. 

And now I am hearing Fundrise is exercising some purported right to freeze redemption or withdrawals of units.

But, they weren't due to pipe freezing.
