HelloQuick scenario is I got an off market property large enough to subdivide square footage wise however the lot is odd shaped so when I split the lots to meet the minimum widths the one lot falls short approximately 800 square feet.

So many people claim to be and want to be wholesalers but fall off as soon as they reach an obstacle or as soon as a little work needs to be done.

It's mostly laws and regulations so would highly suggest buying a book (I got the one from Gold Coast) and just attending whatever accredited school that falls in your budget.
