What I have found attractive about condos though is that they are relatively low hassle since there is not much that can break - since most of the structural upkeep is done by the HOA and apart from some small break fix or appliances, I haven't had to deal with any major repairs, and that's a big relief especially if you are managing properties remotely.

However, "el encierro" is at the Fiesta de San Fermin in Pamplona, Navarra 1000kms NE of Cádiz ... about as far away as one can get and still be en España.In 2001, I arrived in Pamplona three hours too late to participate - much to my wife's relief.

Is it reasonable for me to request some pricing relief from the HOA on my monthly HOA dues ? 

There are three variations of radiators. one-pipe steam, two-pipe steam and hot water baseboard.Now one or two pipe radiator systems are prone to be noisy; banging, gurgling, hissing etc if the pipes aren't sloped correctly (sometimes a house settling misaligned it, repairs were made and botched up or pipes were never installed correctly to begin with), if the pressure is off, if the relief valves are clogged up, etc.

Many of them are really looking for debt relief, or a way to escape a problem property. 

The rates from lender 2 are about .75% higher than a full-doc conventional (just had a friend close one), but to me, the lease-based thing without worrying about DTI's was a big relief. 

Although you wouldn’t obtain individual liability relief for the existing debt, any other future liability caused by the subject real property would be restricted to the LLC.  

The key is, it is enough for FHA/HUD to deny the claim put forth for relief of loss for providing you the modification you received.
