Truth be told folks with last names like Rockefeller and Carnegie have done pretty well making 8-10% over the last couple of centuries.

The neighborhood is up and coming and many of the homes (built in the early 20th century) are being scraped to build 3 story duplexes, townhomes etc. due to the zoning.

He just quoted $250 to get the job.In the sleepy town of Century where the  POPULATION IS 1730, I am sure there are only a a few dozen contractors who all have a yarn at the only existing local pub and talk about clients. 

As it hasn't sold yet, are you sure it's the "deal of the century?"

If you are going to be a retail agent (Century 21, KW etc...) you're going to get some great training.

I am considering starting with Century 21 as my brokerage.
