@Mark Miles - I think the best way to "transfer" a listing is to keep the original owner on the listing and have them add you as a Co-Host.

I had a co-worker who came home from work, saw someone walking from his front yard to the back yard, asked the man what he was doing there, and was told the man works for the bank and was there to verify who's living there.BTW, the mortgage I got for the suction house was a portfolio loan, and there's no requirement that I live there.

So I had a home that I was trying to apply a HELOC loan as a primary residence, but not for me, but I would be a co-borrower.Anyways BofA said the house could not be up for sale (so know this) and I also to state that the person occupying the property is currently occupying, not is going to.
