More people are doing residential real estate nowadays due to online education, social media promotion and community like BP and deals are harder and harder to come by. 

I do a lot of work in the Hispanic community and I want to bring more people into that network and help even more.

I live in Bismarck & Its a great community and I think excellent for rental properties (I have multiple rentals here). 

I liked him and what he was offering (and being in the coaching space myself, I’m not at all bothered that he was selling something) but I’d never heard of him before, so I wanted to do a bit more digging before signing up.I am curious if anyone in the BP community  has had experience specifically with him, his courses or coaching program and would mind sharing their thoughts.

Hey @Jim Vani - I personally know @Andrew Holmes and he's genuinely a good guy.Is it true that he has built a large community through Chicago REIA and his students (at least in mastery) have paid for his coaching and experience, yes that is a fact.  

Throughout 2023, we have published several articles on DSCR loans, introducing the BiggerPockets community to how interest rates and terms are determined, giving answers to frequently asked questions about DSCR loans and talking about exciting new developments and expansions of the product, including DSCR loans for five- to 10-unit multifamily properties.This article will cover another big aspect of DSCR loans–specifically, what documents you will be expected to provide once you have decided to go with a DSCR loan.

There is a very big expat community and the locals here are very kind to foreigners.
