As I posted earlier, my experience with title reports is that vesting is only reflected if title is tipped off that the (or an) owner of record is deceased.My title company, being on the trailing edge of technology, does not put much effort on the front end when title is first opened.

I second the approach mentioned by George Paiva above.If the existing boiler isn't too old, you might be able to convert that to gas by installing a gas gun from the likes ofMidco InternationalCarlin Combustion Technology Wayne Combustion Systems that way you would only need to add two boilers.

The aspect of technology can play in too investing: For example for those that made a play in natural gas and oil 10 years ago maybe didnt know the Bakken reserve would explode and now it looks like natural gas is headed for the basement price wise.

This fracking in mining technology makes getting natural gas easier and will probably be the heat used in most homes over the next 20 to 80 years moving forward as the price has drastically reduced compared to electric..not to mention the terrible condition of our electric grids nationwide.

You also have alarms.I have a gas furnace that age and the contractor servicing it said it was good as gold and suggested waiting as long as possible to get a new one because of the more complicated nature of the newer technology.
