Joe Gemma BGE Cut Off my Gas for Reasons Out of My Control

If it is outdoors, and the intent was to shut off gas to the neighbor for some reason (possibly a safety issue such as exhaust from some gas appliance not done properly), then the gas company should be able to put a lock on the neighbor's meter so as to not affect others.Now, if the problem is due to a gas pipe leak somewhere before it reaches the meter, then a shut off at the street is the thing the gas company has to do - but then they should also repair things.

there are exhaustive threads on this company.. but it appears from what others have posted.. that the properties provided are D class and very inexpensive.. and you must pay cash and then let them rehab ( which is what a lot of folks have commented on)..

Seal with a slab is correct (some architects write in on the blueprints) they are looking for a 24' foundation to retrofit the bottom portion and also reframe the inside of the garage to withstand the 7.5 BIG QUAKE!!!
