Also, I work closely with the Housing Authority to ensure that the lease is upheld or else tenant loses their voucher, which is a threat that always get their attention.

Hi All, Being a 6-unit, I take it this would have to be a commercial loan (which I don't know too much about yet), but please take a look at my analysis on a 6-unit in a rougher neighborhood here in Chicago. 5/6 units are occupied; 3 of which are Section 8 voucher holders.

@Mike Cumbie  Account ClosedThis is the tenant's response now as an FYIThe first section I'm not asking for anything just wanted to make it clear that according to the California tenant law security deposits cannot be withheld for those things.I understand I do not have to include your name if rental insurance is purchased.If you include tenants own negligence causing a break-in that part would then make sense.I do plan to give advance written notice of at least 30days prior to move out as required by Section 8, I would be in violation of the voucher program and risk losing my assistance for non compliance if I don't.
