They will need a copy of the Title with lien released, copy of paid tax receipts along with current year, name of transporter and address where mobile is being moved to.

I think this service could be very beneficial to investors out of the area as it would save them time and transportation costs.

Hi @Benjamin AllenI was in this position last year, and I think that budgeting is a good start, but perhaps an even better place to look are in your main life expenses like housing (which you are doing a great job on by house-hacking), transportation, and food.

Many tend to live in an area with better amenities, school districts, and access to transportation.

It's near very close to shopping, public transportation, an airport, etc.

@ Will Fraser, selling to the park owners, selling to someone interested in owning their own mobile home (owners/end consumer can buy them and have them transported to their own lot, new park, etc).

It was close to Bart/ public transportation and the average room rents go for $800 for a room with a shared bath and $1200 for a private bathroom.

Once the lawyers got involved and we discovered a transportation proffer we had to go to a specialist at $1.3k/hour...Zoning approval will be interesting and will determine if we 100% can move forward as it's Planned development Office park - industrial or flex.We are just getting started to be honest, but have lots of excitement still to go.
