This willinclude flooring, dry wall, paint, fixtures, and small kitchenette which will probably include a small stove top range.

I added a door to wall off the mother in law suite which I now live in, and had a contractor add a sink, stove, cabinets, and also had them tear out the rug in that "7th" room to add vinyl plank flooring.

That's the washer, dryer, fridge, stove and all the furniture. 

When I moved out, I installed new flooring, water heater and stove.

It essentially has just a decent-sized "working" kitchen; room for plenty of counter space and cabinets, plus stove and refrigerator, but not a kitchen table and chairs.

Other big spenders pool motor, dryer, electric stove, and tank heater.

All of your maintenance will be a much higher proportion of your rent (e.g. replacing a stove costs the same whether rent is $550 or $1,000 or more, but wipes out of a month of lower rent vs. just representing a portion of a higher month's rent).  

The wood interior, sunlit rooms and pellet stove creates a warm and cozy living environment that you will enjoy year round.
