BP is just pure awesomeness!!

Eventually I will transition into a pure brokerage role representing tenants in downtown Chicago.

(Condos are notoriously difficult to consistently make money from as pure investments - largely because of the high service costs, and values being highly affected by the roller coaster economy).

From a purely buying and selling perspective, you may find more desperate sellers in the winter since there aren't nearly as many buyers at that time of year.

We buy a house at every duty station possible along with pure rentals.

Another funny thing is that my areas of interest are all the areas the my RE agent thought were on the up-and-up based purely on his subjective experiences of Rockford throughout the years.

However if the actual prices in Charleston are driven more by growth and expansion, rather than pure speculation, and unless you anticipate growth slowing and jobs being lost, then probably not.

Both types of accounts are purely trust accounts, and the institution is not serving as an administrator for the 401k plan and layering in any restrictions on what is available to invest in.  

. :) And the express purpose for the HELOC is purely RE investment related.

I just installed some Caesarstone Blizzard (almost pure white) and it stains with tomato sauce or wine.
