I have never heard of that requirement but I wonder if they are referring to the need to have a local physical address and person as your agent for service.

I see a lot of institutional investors stick to the coasts CA, NY , MAS, TEX,  FL, WA where population migration has been shifting the job base to for opportunity tech, finance, etc.

With media and public persona, the weight of these perceived "successful leglistalion" tactics, are being placed on landlords backs.

We have just given investors what we have to raise we are hoping that the guarantor and investor will be the same person as it is just under $500k we need to raise (309 down, 188 interest reserve). 

Check reviews meet them in person a phone or email isn’t enough these days.
