Are there any liability issues here if you upload your photos to a web page and name these little toe-rags?

Some suggestions...Look up the web site of the national radio broadcaster for the "home country" of the target language. 

@Justin Brown,I don't have my notes handy, but there are sites on the web where you can set up a private loan note and track payments and such.

The research I have done on the web has mostly turned up generic articles that just tend to repeat themselves a lot... but I would like to connect with someone who has dealt with VA loans, and can help me really understand the ups and downs, as well as how best to utilize the product. 

I've noticed that some changes are being made to the web site.
