I'm sure I could apply what I learned in the class to the format and structure of my REI plan, however, I decided to base mine on what is taught on this site as it is directly related to investing.  

I second what @Garrett Brown said - we use Roku in all of our places which operates similar to how a lot of hotels have now where you can login and use everything and then it will wipe all the guest data out on checkout date.

Key data points like occupancy rates, ADR trends, and regulatory risks are crucial for investors, and offering a breakdown of operational costs would aid in calculating net income more accurately. 

This bodes well for all current STR operators in the region, as well as hopeful investors moving forward. 

As a former operator that transitioned to lending I believe that the biggest challenge for newer or newbie investors is making the numbers make sense.

I use mine for storage of beach toys, drying rack for swim suits, storage of extra supplies and on occasion it’s an extra parking space.  

That's what I'm doing with mine now.

I guess I look at it different than you, one of my  biggest fears is something happening to either one of them and having to replace  the quality partners in my operation that they have become.
