What I would do, and you should do, may not be the same thing...and they probably aren't.1 - you need to establish what you financial goals are, as they pertain to your monthly payments and your total personal debt.2 -  you need to lay out a series of Milestones, with the order and groupings based on your ability to go from one set (Milestone) to the next.3 - you need to establish a property profile for flipping/holding that is based on numbers 1 and 24 - Then, you need to find the right Micro-Markets that are filled with properties from #35 - Camp out there, and work your way through the Milestones until you've executed each one.It's likely that each Milestone will demand a different Property Profile since you will be working with a different set of goals, and a different set of financial capabilities.

Here in my town there are alot of abandoned properties for cheap so i plan to buy them and open up houses for these individuals who are excited to hit a milestone of a year or more and graduate there treatment programs but they have no where to rent so, im applying for grants an learning about what i need to do to purchase these properties and to fix them up. so essentially i would say that the big goals would be to be the cash buyer but also give back as wellI love this!

Scroll down past the pretty graphs to the "Theoretical 30 Year Funding Plan", look at the columns for "Current Funding Plan", and you see a lot of rows with amounts in parenthesis- these are negative numbers...you will be that much short for each of those years based on current "remaining life" of certain elements that will be due for replacement.

Doesn't matter the investment, whether it's college, books, etc, if you learn skills which are in demand and are able to provide them, you're going to be successful.The funny thing about the poll is that if you drew a line on a graph that indicated 'success', the college grad band would all be banded closely around it.
