If they got a nice cushion of savings say like 10-20k, I would probably accept them as tenants assuming all the other ducks are in a row and if they are willing to put first, last and security down (if legal in your county/state).

Look up real estate workshops (same company different name) and read about all the complaints 😎 😅 I’m one of the ones that bought it because I wasn’t sure if I really wanted that much hand holding, if I’d make a $35k mistake in the process and MAYBE they could help me and MAYBE I didn’t want to pass up on the opportunity.
