This president has clearly overstepped his authority and has put myself and my son in harms way by discussing blatant lies about us with him,even knowing I have had my brother removed from the property three times by the police for his aggressive and abusive behavior.Do I pay this fine even though I do not own a car, and what can I do to get him to stop harassing us.

If you are working in NYC and "living" in Portland, that is certainly not going to fly.Traveling during summer and/or visiting family/friends does not harm you, as long as it is till the place you call home.
