Just yesterday, I had to tell a tenant during a lease signing to flush the toilet in our office.  

Every major city in the U.S. is flush with Real Estate Brokerages.

Hey @Christopher Sullivan,I live in the Flushing area and I've also been looking at multifamily homes that I could possibly fix up and flip them for some cash flow for a couple of weeks now.

A typical old style toilet uses 3-5 gallons of water vs 1.8 gallons per flush.

Me-"Yeah, it's called flushing.

I know that my shower gets hotter when the tenant flushes the toilet. 

Every living unit must have at least one (1) bathroom which includes a flushing toilet, lavatory/sink and a bathtub/shower.

One of them flushed those little green army men toys down all the toilets causing overflow and pipe damage.

But I would probably take some cash-out equity now, either way, while rates are still low and there are still deals to be had on more properties.. unless you're so flush with cash for new investments, it doesn't matter..

I hope they lose their shirts holding onto properties over the next few years, but soon there will be a pendulum swing to the other side and this buyers market will flush out the pigs.
