This forum has been an absolute wealth of information around the foreclosure process and trustee sales.I've been heavily researching tax sales/foreclosures for a few years now and finally feel ready to take the jump.

Do you think the rising taxes might eventually become a bigger concern, or do you feel the benefits will continue to outweigh the costs?

I feel like hospitable is known for more small scale managers or those with only a few listings.

As Election Day nears, many individuals halt their major financial activities because they feel the uncertainty of the election results may have adverse effects if they act now.

Personally, I need that level of control to feel comfortable investing relatively large  sums of money and is thus the reason why I’m not a fan of syndications.my 2 cents….Randy
