Disappointed.

Very disappointed the guy that sparked the confusion or anyone involved with the podcast never came onto the forums to help better inform.Congrats on your quad, too!

Disappointing.

It was disappointing to hear that on this forum because  -A) it’s not morally rightB) everyone involved can possibly get into serious trouble.


I've been disappointed  in some of the main meeting speakers as there's often a sales pitch associated with the talk.

If they have not done their due diligence and only looked at the pictures on the assessor's site or google maps, they will be very disappointed as those pictures are usually 2-4 yrs old. 

Listed initially as VRM 199k-229k, we made the mistake of letting first offer go (195k all cash at 60 DOM), 2nd offer after changing realtors (we had plenty of showings after changing realtors) came in at a disappointing 180k (158 DOM).

@Kevin ScottCoincidental last name, but I do not believe we are related.I've been with the same company for 22 years and am now quite disappointed that for 18 years I diligently maxed out my 401(k).  

He is here on BP, and he will not disappoint. 

So the likely disappointment is a frightening idea to keep me from pursuing this.I have no other income then the paycheck I get from working.
