Because of the poor review on the one OTA (VRBO), virtually all bookings are on the other large OTA (AirBnB).I had another review recently on a different unit (Mission Beach: but also started its reviews over just over a year ago) that was 3 stars.  

If your mission is to accumulate capital and wealth while trading off quality of work and title-based ego then I'd bypass the MBA for now, work two years, and then go get it or something else that will fit in with your long-term goals and increase your earning potential.
