We are looking at close to $15,000 for a new roof, all new flooring and paint inside and countless small repairs.

I take risks often and almost always profit but this is a new area for me and I feel absolutely clueless even though Ive spent countless hours researching.

It being easy to get into coupled with the fact that's it's not easy to do makes wholesaling a dangerous place to be for a lot of people.I've been on BP for a while now (maybe 4 years) and I've read countless posts titled "How do I get into real estate with no money?"

After watching countless podcasts and reading books by BiggerPockets, I feel like I am ready to start investing into real estate.

It spurs growth and can affect so much change, many times among countless people via employees and their families, clients, shareholders, etc.

After countless hours of research and forming a team, I now feel ready to start looking for properties.

I have done my research and went to countless conferences while on vacation.

This may be the worst thing to happen in your lifetime (debatable), but not the worst thing to happen to America-  War of Independence from a undeniably more powerful world power in which New York, Philadelphia, and countless other battles were lost for many years before any success- Open Rebellion:   Not thought of much today but George Washington had troops fire on protesters.
