So yes in my opinion, when the futures market for oil runs cold, and speculators dump their contracts and take their money somewhere else, we will see a relative collapse in oil prices.

However, if you look back to 2008, REIT's got crushed and so did their dividends.If you look at the REIT Index and the dividend history, you will notice that they just quit paying dividends after the financial collapse in late 2008.

Once this fraud is exposed no person on earth would dare let go of their silver for fiat paper money.Sure a couple of ounces might be available at the local coin dealer but the vast majority of the silver markets will be as baron as the shelves of a post collapse Soviet Union grocery store.
