Affordable housing is a great need in cities large and small, and I know we have hardworking families and adults who are excellent tenants and just need some assistance for the basics (food, clothing, shelter). 

The minors lost clothing, toys, television and computer games, etc, etc. so the kids are filing suit individually.

@Peter VekselmanIt’s always buyer beware and blows my mind that people will spend a week googling what type of coffee maker, computer, tv or clothing but when it comes to signing up for a guru they literally do no background research With the amount of info in the internet today, I do not feel much sympathy for people who spend five figures on a two day training and are upset because they didn’t leave the training with ability to 10x their investment.

Close the door, put away the clothes, hide the basket, etc.

The sink  for dishes use this other one, clothes use this other one. 

I asked her to get the heating and clothes dryer  vents   professionally cleaned ($300?)

I don't know if we can base a decision on car cleanliness or clothing that may be debatable.

When I was dating my wife, she'd go back to her place & her clothes would smell of it.

Even if they do smoke outside, the smell often follows them inside on their clothes or just by way of the window or door being open.I've heard the ozone machines can work wonders.

Check local laws-I’m my state in Australia the landlord must provide facilities to dry clothing be that a cloths line or a dryer but they don’t need to provide a washing machine, seems weird but there it is.The catch 22 is that if you as the land lord provide it then you must maintain it- no good deed goes in punished after all.That said, you  can put terms in the lease that IF and additional appliance breaks you won’t replace it, as long as there is mutual agreement in the agreement at the onset.
