Just last week I ordered some vinyl flooring in bulk that wasn't carried in the store and they knocked 10% off and they will be shipped right to my door.For blinds, JCPenney (seems hard to believe) has proven to be the cheapest for decent quality, just make sure you have their current coupon code.Ebay and Amazon have cheap cabinet knobs and pulls.

Cabinets on the floor level are shot.Range / Oven does not work.Kitchen floor / sub-floor needs replaced.Half bath needs wallpaper removed and a new exhaust fanFull bath needs wallpaper removed and a new exhaust fan.

I am in the process of rehabbing a 1860 square foot, 4 bed/2 1/2 bath and will be changing out all the cabinets which give me the flexibility of installing a free standing range, or a drop in range, or separate cook top with built in wall oven.

We usually have to touch up the paint, as Michelle mentioned, and we always have a cleaning person go in and scrub down the whole place, including the inside of the refrigerator and stove and wipe down the cabinets.
